Already a successful international competitor, Sara is currently in training for races in Calgary and Hawaii. She found out about Bob Palmer’s high performance system through one of her coaches and asked Bob if he would be willing to have her blog about her progress through it. Bob said, “of course,” and now the blog is gathering a bit of a cult following.
In response to fears that his “secret” would get out to the world, Bob said,
“The SportExcel High Performance System is really no secret. The program simply reverses a long-held belief that a whole lot of work goes into achieving that so-called elusive Zone. Instead, the Zone is actually easy to get into and it produces huge results. The real trick is maintaining it.”
Bob will be teaching Sara powerful, effective strategies to stay in the Zone, as well as practical ideas he has learned from two decades of competing in the Martial arts and training world champions. It is not psychology, says Bob, who is an educator by background. “It is not talk therapy, goal setting or positive self-talk. It is a straightforward system that both amateurs and professionals can use, ranging from promising young athletes to professional coaches and athletes and weekend warriors.”
The SportExcel System has now touched the lives of athletes in sports such as surfing, snowboarding, hockey, golf, football, curling, target sports, equestrian, track and field and more. Sara Gross is now taking that system to her sports of Triathlon and Ironman. They will be working via Skype, a modern technology that allows Bob to work with athletes all over the world.
